Insurance acknowledgement. Insurance is not required at the time of application; however, proof of liability insurance is required prior to setup. Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming BelleDene Events LLC, The Steel Shop, and their affiliated entities, officers, employees, volunteers, event staff, and venue partners as Additional Insured. Vendors who fail to provide proof of insurance before setup will not be permitted to participate and no refunds will be issued.
