By submitting a vendor application to Belledene Events, Inc., you agree to the following terms. If anything is unclear, call (636) 463-3663 before submitting.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every submission for category balance, fit, and overall event quality. You will receive confirmation by email once a decision has been made.
Booth fees, add-on charges, and any applicable tax are due in full after approval. Payment is processed securely through your vendor portal. A booth is not reserved until payment is received.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (less a non-refundable deposit). Within 30 days, booth fees are non-refundable. If Belledene cancels or reschedules an event, vendors will be offered a credit toward a future event or a refund.
All vendors must carry liability insurance and provide a current certificate before the event. Food vendors must provide a temporary food permit, current health-department license, and detailed menu. Vendors selling regulated goods are responsible for all applicable licenses and permits.
Vendors must arrive at the designated load-in time and remain in their booth space for the full duration of the event. Sub-leasing booths, sharing space, or arriving late without prior coordination may result in removal without refund. Booths must be staffed at all times the event is open to the public.
Booths must stay within the assigned footprint. Tents, displays, and signage must be safely secured. Power, water, and other utilities are only available at events that explicitly offer them and must be requested at application time.
Items prohibited at any Belledene event include, but are not limited to: weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and items that violate the event’s theme or category guidelines. We reserve the right to require removal of any item deemed inappropriate.
Belledene Events, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for losses resulting from weather, venue issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Vendors participate at their own risk.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your application governs your participation in that specific event.
